United States processing and product facts
Alexander Goytom, established in Italy, is the controller. Contact: ertalex@hotmail.it. NerdScore processes profile, private-group, physical-game, match, optional-media and technical-security data only to provide, protect and support the current Free service as described in the Privacy Policy.
NerdScore does not sell or share personal data for targeted advertising, show advertising, request precise location, create biometric templates or make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. A new payment, advertising, profiling, public-social or materially different data use reopens the United States assessment before release.
Google Play age signal and data minimisation
The United States Android release asks Google Play for the privacy-preserving Age Signals response before policy acceptance and a protected server write. Where an applicable state law requires the signal, unresolved verification blocks access. Users under 16 and self-declared-only age ranges are rejected; a 16- or 17-year-old is admitted only under a parent-managed Play tier, and an adult only under an independently verified tier.
NerdScore never stores a date of birth, exact age, state or Play installation identifier. The device caches only the coarse verified-adult, supervised-16-to-17 or not-shared outcome for at most 24 hours and refreshes an existing outcome at launch. A not-shared outcome is accepted only when Play does not return a mandatory-jurisdiction signal; NerdScore does not use it to guess the user's state.
Children, teenagers and COPPA
NerdScore is a general-audience scorekeeper for physical games and is not directed to children under 16. It does not offer anonymous or random chat, direct one-to-one chat, a public feed, follower discovery, targeted advertising, payment or content amplification. The app blocks an age signal below 16.
If Support or moderation obtains actual knowledge that a user is under 13, the account is restricted, further collection stops and the personal data is deleted promptly, except for the minimum evidence required by law or for safety. NerdScore does not operate a parental-consent programme for under-13 users because they are outside the service's permitted audience.
United States privacy requests
Through Support, the in-app export and deletion tools, or ertalex@hotmail.it, a user may request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy and may ask about collection, use and disclosure. NerdScore also accepts any applicable state privacy request, authorised-agent request and appeal through the same route.
Identity is verified proportionately and the rights of other private-group members are protected. NerdScore records receipt, scope, response, legal reason, appeal and completion. There is currently nothing to opt out of for sale, targeted advertising or qualifying profiling because those activities are not performed.
United States security-incident branch
Every suspected incident is recorded and assessed immediately. For affected United States residents, NerdScore identifies the resident states, data types, harm risk and the current state-specific notice rule before communicating. There is no invented uniform national deadline: the strictest applicable state or federal deadline controls.
The incident register records discovery, containment, affected people, state and federal authority analysis, notices, timing, law-enforcement delay where valid and remediation. The GDPR branch also remains applicable to the Italian-established controller, and a shorter applicable deadline always prevails.
Unlawful content and intimate-image removal
The Legal Notice route accepts privacy, copyright, child-safety and non-consensual intimate-image reports without requiring an account. A valid TAKE IT DOWN Act request and known identical copies are escalated for removal as soon as possible; the internal target is two hours and therefore remains inside the Act's 48-hour maximum.
NerdScore records receipt, identity and authority checks, URLs or content identifiers, preservation, decision, removal, notice and review. It does not currently rely on optional DMCA hosting safe-harbour registration; enabling a public-content hosting model or relying on that safe harbour requires a separate registered-agent decision before release.
Current Free scope and United States release gate
The current offer is free: no Billing, subscription, in-app purchase, advertising, wager, prize, monetised content or sale of personal data. NerdScore records scores for physical games; it is not an electronic game, marketplace, payment service or public social network.
Language and legal market remain independent. Selecting the United States shows this notice in English without changing the app language. The market may be activated only after the current Play Age Signals configuration and significant-change settings are recorded and adult, supervised and verification-required paths pass on a Play-installed build. New state app-age laws and material product changes are monitored before each release.
Your rights
You may request access, a machine-readable export, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and may object where processing relies on legitimate interests. Write to ertalex@hotmail.it; identity checks may be required to protect other users.
You may withdraw analytics consent in the app at any time. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority; in Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
International privacy rights
We provide every user, regardless of country, a way to request access, a copy, correction, and deletion of their data. We do not discriminate against anyone who exercises a privacy right, and we do not sell or share personal data for money or targeted behavioral advertising.
Changing NerdScore's language changes only the translation you read. It does not change your country, the law that applies, the competent authority, or any mandatory rights you have where you live.
