External transmission and the current private scorekeeping service
NerdScore has assessed the current Free service against Japan's Telecommunications Business Act and the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications guidance. It is a private scorekeeping and structured-data utility for invited tabletop groups: it does not offer direct messages, chat, public social networking, a bulletin board, general search, an online digital game or public information-content distribution. On the documented functions it is not one of the services covered by the external-transmission disclosure rules. Adding chat, direct messages, public groups, a feed, search, an online game or another communications or content-distribution function requires a new assessment before release.
NerdScore nevertheless discloses the existing technical transmissions. In the Android Store build, Firebase App Check and Google Play Integrity receive limited app, device, licence and attestation information and return tokens or verdicts used to verify authentic requests and protect the service; this security processing is necessary for the protected Store service. Only after separate consent, Firebase Analytics receives an app-install identifier, limited usage events, technical app or device information and an approximate region for product analysis and fault diagnosis. Analytics can be refused or withdrawn without losing core features. Google LLC operates these services under the linked terms and its Japanese external-transmission disclosure; NerdScore sends no profile, group, note, photo or score content to Analytics, App Check or Play Integrity.
Your rights
You may request access, a machine-readable export, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and may object where processing relies on legitimate interests. Write to ertalex@hotmail.it; identity checks may be required to protect other users.
You may withdraw analytics consent in the app at any time. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority; in Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
International privacy rights
We provide every user, regardless of country, a way to request access, a copy, correction, and deletion of their data. We do not discriminate against anyone who exercises a privacy right, and we do not sell or share personal data for money or targeted behavioral advertising.
Changing NerdScore's language changes only the translation you read. It does not change your country, the law that applies, the competent authority, or any mandatory rights you have where you live.
