Non-professional editor and hosting provider
NerdScore is edited on a non-professional basis by Alexander Goytom, who is also the publication director and can be contacted at ertalex@hotmail.it. Under Article 1-1(II) of French Law No. 2004-575, the non-professional editor uses the statutory confidentiality option and does not publish a private home address.
Hosting provider: OVH GmbH, St. Johanner Str. 41-43, 66111 Saarbrücken, Germany; telephone +49 681 906730. The OVHcloud account and billing remain under the editor's direct control, and the identifying information supplied to the host must remain accurate and current.
French scope of the current Free service
NerdScore Free is a non-professional private scorekeeping service for invited tabletop groups. It has no advertising, Billing, paid subscription, sponsorship, sale of personal data, public feed, public profile search or random interaction.
Before Plus, advertising, sponsorship, professional or economic operation, public groups or another material change, this notice and the French assessment must be reopened. Professional operation requires the complete Article 1-1(I) editor notice, including the editor's real geographic address and telephone number. Language never selects the applicable market: the French notice is available in French and English only.
Your rights
You may request access, a machine-readable export, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and may object where processing relies on legitimate interests. Write to ertalex@hotmail.it; identity checks may be required to protect other users.
You may withdraw analytics consent in the app at any time. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority; in Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
International privacy rights
We provide every user, regardless of country, a way to request access, a copy, correction, and deletion of their data. We do not discriminate against anyone who exercises a privacy right, and we do not sell or share personal data for money or targeted behavioral advertising.
Changing NerdScore's language changes only the translation you read. It does not change your country, the law that applies, the competent authority, or any mandatory rights you have where you live.
